This demo environment is being built on real Oprela Engineering, CAD, BOM, routing, Shop Floor, Quality and Digital Twin data — not on disconnected mock screens.
Each demo product is designed to prove the entire flow, not just render a nice 3D model.
A configurable cabinet family will demonstrate dimensions, shelves, doors, materials and rules flowing into resolved structure, Oprela CAD and automatic BOM.
A sheet-and-profile assembly will demonstrate laser cutting, tube processing, bending, welding, finishing, routing, QC and traceability.
A future hybrid product will combine metal fabrication, panel furniture and purchased hardware inside one controlled product and production structure.
The value is not a collection of modules. It is the continuity of product truth from engineering to the physical unit.
Input dimensions and options resolve through deterministic engineering parameters and rules. The public configurator will use the same Engineering Family as internal production.
Parametric parts and assemblies, manufacturing features, drawings, geometry lineage and validation stay connected to the released engineering definition.
The resolved product structure becomes a revisioned BOM with stable part identity and lineage instead of being reconstructed manually.
The released product moves through machines, manual stations, operators, evidence gates and production events.
Quality checks and visual evidence can be attached to operations and units while human review remains the authority for canonical decisions.
The physical unit remains linked to engineering revision, BOM, routing, operations, evidence and quality history.
Every stage should be inspectable, reproducible and tied to the same source of truth.
